1. The offer applies to the current price of the holiday offered by a High Street Travel Agency or TV Shopping Channel and a Tour Operator featured by Thomas Cook TV.
2. The offer applies to holidays costing £299 or more per person, and for bookings with a minimum of 2 full fare paying passengers.
3. "Holiday" means the identical package holiday: same departure date, flight, type of accommodation (minimum of 2 nights) and meal basis, provided in a single booking (i.e. including group or family) by the same Tour Operator. The offer applies to the basic holiday cost and does not apply to extras such as Car Hire or Parking etc.
4. The offer is subject to written verification of the other Travel Agent or TV Shopping Channel’s quote. You, the customer, may need to provide written confirmation of this on the agents letter headed paper to Thomas Cook TV within 24 hours of making your booking.
5. Thomas Cook TV holds the right to contact the Travel Agent or TV Shopping Channel to verify the information, and will aim to contact the customer the same working day. Thomas Cook TV will only provide the “Price Guarantee” facility on one booking only.
6. The offer is only available for one booking per household.
7. Thomas Cook TV reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
8. Thomas Cook TV acts as an agent. The contract for the holiday will be between you and the Tour Operator and subject to the Tour Operators terms & conditions.
9. The offer cannot be combined with any other offer / promotion / discount provided by Thomas Cook TV
